Die Wohnüberbauung bildet den letzten Baustein des 1997 initiierten Gestaltungsplanes des ehemaligen Industriegeländes der Staub Holding AG in Männedorf. Sechs punktförmige Mehrfamilienhäuser – als gestapelte Einfamilienhäuser gedacht – und ein Langhaus bilden das Muster des Bebauungsplans, welcher über ein durchgehendes Wegnetz mit den umliegenden Quartieren räumlich in Beziehung gesetzt wird.
This residential development represents the last remaining building project on the master plan initiated in 1997 for the conversion of the former Staub Holding AG industrial site in Männedorf. It comprises six cubical multifamily dwellings conceived as stacked, one-story single-family homes, along with an oblong building of condominums that is spatial interlinked to the surrounding neighborhoods by way of an integrated network of pathways.
