Der Eingriff in den Bestand erzählt diese Geschichte weiter. Das neue Dach ergänzt und erweitert die bestehende räumliche Struktur und beherrscht den darunterliegenden Saal, der sich in seiner Materialität an den Festzelten der Region orientiert.
Etched in the minds of local residents, the distinctive roof of the existing fellowship hall makes reference to the region's tradition of gable roofs; the addition follows suit. The new roof complements and extends the existing spatial structure, commanding over an interior hall that evokes the region's marquees in form and materiality.
